In using the "bench" detention pond design routine, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for when the bottom of the pond is not "flat." What procedure would you follow?

For example, if the bottom of the "bench" detention pond slope is on a 2% slope to the outlet control structure, how would this best be modeled in Carlson Civil/Hydrology 2008? Can the stage/discharge curves that are generated reflect this condition?

Any advice on a possible procedure you would appreciated!

Perhaps the Surface --> Design Pad Template command with the Use Slope Pad Design option enabled?
