Change text to Spot Elevations

Hi,

I am trying to change text to spot elevations. I have imported the drawing
and exploded all entities.

I have an ellipse with a top of curb and top of asphalt elevation inside.
There is a leader connected to the ellipse, there is also a line dividing
the ellipse into an upper and lower half.

The routine does not convert the leader into spot elevations. I have
checked "process leader line polyline to spots and process multiple spots
per label" and it inserts the spot elevations at the widest part of the
ellipse.

Any ideas?
