Descriptions

Is there an option similar to that of LDD where you can add a description to a surface file (.tin)? If not can this be the official request to add that to the tin file creation, being able to add a description to a tin. I'm trying to be as descriptive as I can, in the name of the tin, but sometimes things get a little confusing and long. Thanks.
