Template Rotation Point in Super

How do you change the rotation point of a super in a template.
The Montana DOT rotates a super offset from the DESIGN Profile by a normal 2% crown on the inside travel lane. This makes the template finished grade higher than design grade profile at centerline any help is welcome.

In the middle of the "Design Template" dialog, select the super button. This brings up the "Super Elevation Settings" dialog which allows one to set the pivot point for super at a specific node in the template or even an offset from a template node. This is also where one can set maximum rollover for the shoulder in "Max Percent Slope Difference".
