Road Process with Templates and different Centerlines

I am trying to run 3 centerlines on my Road Process,
1. Main CL
2. Road CL (with exist road templste)
3. Design Wall (with Design Template)

They run parrallel to each other but are not exactly parrallel, I would like to process these and run cross sections showing the Exiting Road, The Design Wall in relation to my Main Centerline.
Does anyone have an explanantiopn as to how to assign templates to accomplish this? Or would I need to use something besides templates?
