Adding Bridge or Tunnel

hi, i downloaded some video tutorial, and i found that every junction is treated with intersection design, which is not alyways a case. in case of designing a BRIDGE or some parts have to design TUNNEL, how to do it?
i have a long route and i want to make it 3D model by using CARLSON Civil ROADNET, is any help?
in process of learning, i design my median height is 20 cm in section file and guandrail design in case filling slope, but there is no any median height and guandrail in 3D model, why?
