OSNAP NOT LOADING EVERYTIME ?

I've updated to 2010 civil from 2009 civil using intellicad 6.6 and I can't get the osnaps to work everytime. Also on none of the hatch patterns are loading, if anyone knows what my problem may be, please help

If your computer is relatively new and has an advanced graphics card, then the Osnap could be the same as a problem I had recently when I purchased a new computer.The solution to my problem,I offered to the recent post in Survey "Three problems just killing me".
I can't help with the hatch patterns.
