Road Design with loop

I am having a lot of trouble getting Road Network & Process Road Design to work when I have a centreline which loops back onto itself. It cannot construct one side of the road.

Anyone with a similar problem?

i am not sure, but you can try by making closed polyline.
first make closed polyline, then polyline to centerline.
