Importing surface from Google Earth

Hello everyone. I am considering an upgrade to Carlson 2010 from SurvCadd 2006 and have been using the trial of the full Civil Suite for a couple of weeks now. One of the many perks I have found with the new software is being able to import a surface from Google Earth. I am able to get this function to work flawlessly within *cough* Autocad Civil 3d 2010 trial. However, I am not having the greatest of luck in Carlson. Below are some screen shots of the settings I have used (tried various ones) and the error that I cant seem to get passed. If someone could graciously hold my hand and lead me in the right direction, I would thank you a thousand times.
