Flip a Bearing & Distance?

Is there a way to Flip Bearing & Distance? I know in Land Desktop you right click a line, Flip Direction.

ANNOTATE > FLIP LABELS > (Options). You select the label, not the line.
You can also reverse a polyline under polyline utilities for multiple labels.

i'm looking to flip the directing of the bearing. when i do Annotate, flip labels it flips them upside down.
