Cut/Fill color map doesn't display

I have a user running Carlson 2010 on Map 3D 2010 and Windows 7. When he attempts to plot a cut/fill color map, it goes through the motions, but the only thing that actually shows up is his legend text. The grids are good, the values in the legend are good, but for some reason the color map itself doesn't show up. Any suggestions. I've tried the fill variable, all of his layers are on and frozen, even tried it in a new drawing to just plot the color map, but nothing shows up.

Are you saying that the fill hatch does not show up in the drawing or if you Print, it doesn't show up on the print?

If it's not drawing it on the screen, try FILLMODE and setting it to 1...


If it is not printing it, go to Start>Control Panel>Printers/Faxes and right click and go to Properties on the printer in question. Once in the Properties, go to the Advanced tab and be sure that it is set to spool the print on the PC. If this doesn't do it, try downloading and installing the latest driver for that printer.
