Create Profiles from 3D Polyline

There was a command line prompt in version 2010 for the starting station of the 3D polyline. In version 2012, I don't see anything in the dialog box for the starting station. Did they delete or move it?

It appears they may have done away with it. I don't still have 2010 Carlson installed to be able to check.
What you can do is use the Input-Edit Profile File -> Tools -> Translate to translate the profile stationing.
