I am trying to rotate the dimension in an angular text, can you help me and how do you change the arrow size

The way I have managed this is to use edit properties. You then can use copy entity properies in some situations

where can i locate the edit properties

You should be able to snap to the text then right click, then the properties will come up ,that is in 2013 and I think 2012. Otherwise you select the text an choose Edit>Entity properties

Finally found out what the problem is, just wanted to share this with you... Carlson 2012 is having issues with with intellicad 6.6, a good few of the commands in intellicad does not work, so I switched to intelicad 7 and everything is ok, but thanks for your advice previously, it helped with some other issues I was having.
