Process Road Design not working

I am having a problem with the Process Road Design tool in Carlson Civil 2013 w/ IntelliCAD7.2. I created my centerline file, profile, and road template, but when I run the tool for Process Road Design, it will only draw contours for the cartway and fill slopes. The cut slope is cut off at the edge of the road. I can't seem to get it to draw right. Any suggestions?
