I have Carlson Civil Suite running in AutoCAD. When I use the company standard FLD file it will not plot the point text to the correct size when the Attribute Format is set to "Text Attribute". If the attribute format is set to "Attribute Block" the text plots to the correct size as determined by the field to finish code.

The FLD file is set so that the text should be drafted to a height of 2.5'. But for some reason on in this Civil Suite the text come in at 10.0'.

I have been in contact with Carlson Support and we have verified some settings but nothing has work todate. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check your Drawing setup and the scale you are setting for your drawing. That will enlarge your text/symbol size if the scale is not set to 1:100.

Check the text size scaler on window Point Attributes as Text Settings
