Importing ESRI shape files

If there is one out there, will someone please direct me to it.
When using the command image_shp, I am also getting an error stating "Please install ADO/ADOX 6.0 database server..." Any help on that would also be appreciated.
Using inteliCAD 8.2.1083.90394.P.VC11.x64.RF82a
and Carlson Civil 2017, build 170720
