So I've run into a problem that I never had before this version (2021). I frequently use the Extend command nested inside the 2DP command, but if I try to turn an angle by bearing with it, it turns a different angle, and every time I've tried it I've also tried to figure out what angle it's turning, but no success.

If I exit out of the 2DP command and use Extender, everything works as expected, but that messes up my workflow.

Has anyone else encountered this or know how to fix it?

I don't use this function of 2DP but looking at it now I can confirm it does not work as expected on my computer. First guess is it seems to be applying the bearing relative to the polyline object coordinate system... Send in a bug report and Carlson will investigate.
