Toolbar gone after update

Morning,

Not sure if this is an Intellicad or Carlson question but I just installed the 2023 Carlson with Intellicad 11.0.

My custom toolbar that I had created is gone so I used Toolbar manager to reload by file and by program and neither
work. I did load the old 2023/10.1 version and the toolbar is still there.

Obviously I'm a newbie but would appreciate any thoughts you may want to share.
