Where is "check for updates" SurvPC v 7.0.2

Heard there was a great update to short record the average gnss routine. But can't find the check for updates button.... Please advise?

Got an email from Survey Support:

"To Check for Updates in SurvPC 7, please go to File > About Carlson SurvPC, and then tap the Carlson hard hat. "

The top/little Carlson white hat, not the big/lower Carlson hat. Kind of like in a scavenger hunt.
