Here's one more request for an enhancement to SC2000CES.

The ability to rotate a point symbol and elevation attribute together.
Where this gets tricky is that the elevation attribute needs to flip
when
the absolute rotation angle is between 90 and 270 degrees. The command
would look something like this:

Select node elevation to rotate (screen pick or node#):

Enter <Absolute> or Relative rotation:

Keep in mind that the relative dX and dY of the elevation from the node
point must remain. Also if using a DVIEW TWIST mode is used the program
has to know when to flip the elevation.
