CRD file

I've installed the newest patch and have been receiving an error "failed to
open coordinate file. file may be read only or already opened by another.
read only files cannot be used. Use windows explorer to make sure file is
not read only". I did check the CRD file and it is not read only and I know
I'm the only one to have it open. I opened the file, imported points and
then tried to create points from entities, which then it gave me the error.

Why is it doing this?

We do have a networked file system, but I haven't had these troubles before.

Fix was sent to Jason. If anyone experiences this problem, make a request in this NG and patch will be emailed to you. In any case, it will be included in the next build.
