When we set a project scale factor in our Allegra data collector, the
program is not applying the scale factor to points set in the "traverse"
routine. If we set a control point, then stake it out, the difference is
exactly what the scale factor is. The inverse of the points set in the
field is exactly what the horizontal distance is, measured by the total
station. I'm guessing that the scale factor is NOT being applied in the
traverse routine, but IS applied in the stakeout.

Anyone else having this problem.
