Q about SaveAs change

We have been using Acad 2004 & 2005 with SurvCadd XML2. For compatability
reasons we saved our dwgs in Acad 2000 format. Now that our Engineers have
software that can read 2004 format, I have changed all our Acad seats to
save in 2004 format. We are experiencing problems with TrueType fonts. In
2000 format there are no problems. In 2004 format we can see them on screen
but they will not plot. They do not appear in Plot Preview. They will plot
in 2000 format but not 2004 format. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a
solution? I don't think the problem is with SurvCadd, it seems to be an Acad
problem, but who can be sure?
